Tuesday 18th December, Christmas Special at Lucarlys was just that, We would like to thank Alan Williams our artist for the night.

 We must not forget the Ladies,our thanks go to them for a magnificent buffet, which as always, was a great success.

The Raiders had the privilege of welcoming Susan Bradley one of the Macmilan nurses, who gave up some of her valuable time to attend our evening, we had the pleasure of presenting her with a cheque for £400.

Susan was kind enough to tell us how they would make use of the donation and gave us an insight of the kind of work they do, sadly she was unable to end the evening with us and had to leave early to return to duty that night.

There was a really special treat for the children as we had a surprise visit from Santa, it seems he was on his way back to the North Pole and he decided to call in to see the children, he gave each of them a present and for the adults there was a bar extension.
